The Fawn River Duck Club, now being offered for sale for the first time in over 40 years. The Fawn River starts where the headwaters rise in a series of lakes and marshes in Steuben County Indiana and flows west-northwest into Michigan then into the St. Joseph River just a few miles west from the Fawn River Duck Club property. The property is 4 miles west of Constantine, 8 miles southeast of Three Rivers, 4 miles northeast of White Pigeon, 5.5 miles north of I-90 and 115 miles east of Chicago.
